Service Description

If you're a high-functioning person facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or burnout, your brain isn't broken, you've just been working twice as hard with the wrong tools. From the outside, you may look like you have it all together, the deadlines met, the people in your life cared for, the one everyone leans on. Inside, it's harder. Maybe you've been called "smart but scattered" or "too sensitive," and wondered why "just try harder" never worked. I help you understand how your nervous system actually works, so we can build focus, steadiness, and self-compassion instead of more pressure. There's a name for this, and a path forward. I help adults in Chicago & IL with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, including those who've masked by overworking until they burn out. Blending practical, skills-based work with somatic and nervous-system regulation, I help you build focus, steadiness, and self-compassion instead of more pressure. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and judgment-free.

Cancellation Policy

How Booking Works When you book a session directly through our website, you're requesting an appointment time — it is not confirmed until the steps below are completed in our secure client portal, Sessions Health. Your appointment is not confirmed until all of the following are complete: 1. Telehealth Agreements Signed — You must review and electronically sign our Informed Consent for Therapy Services, Telemedicine Consent, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Practice Policies within Sessions Health. 2. Insurance Confirmed — If you plan to use insurance, your coverage must be verified and confirmed active for the clinician you've selected. If you are self-pay, this step is not required. 3. Payment Method on File — A valid credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card must be added to your Sessions Health profile to secure your appointment and cover any applicable copay, deductible, or self-pay fee. Once all three steps are complete, you'll receive a confirmation email and your appointment will be officially held on your clinician's calendar. Appointment times are not guaranteed and may be released to other clients if these steps are not completed prior to your scheduled session. Getting Started • After you request a session, you'll receive an email invitation to create your Sessions Health client portal account. • Please complete your intake paperwork, sign your agreements, and add your insurance and payment information at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid delay or cancellation of your session. • If any step is incomplete by the start time of your appointment, your clinician may be unable to see you, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Insurance • Jess accepts select plans through BCBS IL, PPO and Aetna (subject to change). • Confirming insurance means we've verified your plan is active and in-network for your selected clinician. Confirmation of insurance is not a guarantee of coverage or payment; your plan's actual benefits determine your final financial responsibility. • If your insurance cannot be verified prior to your appointment, you may choose to proceed as self-pay or reschedule once verification is complete. Payment • A payment method must be on file for all clients, regardless of insurance status. • Self-pay clients will be charged the full • Insured clients will be charged any applicable copay or coinsurance once your claim has processed.
